He said that so far about 25 oil industry museums have been defined and designed in all parts of the country, adding: for each oil museum in any part of the country in accordance with the conditions of the region and the ability of the oil industry in that region, a theme has been defined that these museums They are exploited with issues related to that region, for example in Masjed Soleiman as the origin of oil exploration in the Middle East, the museum of "oil exploration, drilling and production" is defined and in Abadan we are dealing with the refining of petroleum products and education.

Akbar Nematollahi called the Ministry of Oil a pioneer in establishing industrial museums in the country and said: "The first industrial museum in Abadan was put into operation with the efforts of the Ministry of Oil and I hope other organizations and industrial complexes will pay attention to this issue."

Nematollahi said: "So far, over 25 million historical documents related to the formation of the oil industry have been collected, which is expected to increase to 50 million, which can be exposed to the public in this museum and be a center for studies and research by researchers."
